Rendering outside walls: which material to apply and why?

Independently of that, it is quite breathable: it does not stop water vapour, thus enabling the building fabric to vaporise sufficiently during warm weather conditions. The other great advantage of this render is the fact that it is available in various colours. It means there is no need to cover it with a paint. Furthermore, the dye will be durable for years.
